That being said, after playing this build, does anyone know why Hoang skips horsecollar, double bit axe, and his mining upgrades? I feel like any time I went through a variation of this build I always had enough, but Hoang consistently ignores these upgrades. This AOE2 Celts build order is for an insane 19 population 2 range archer rush. This AOE2 scout rush build order can be done with the aoe2 celts at 18 population rather than the standard 20 or 21 pop scout rush. I don't think this accurately captures everything Hoang does as there are lots of small tricks that make his games work, but its at least a start.
